- This adjustable keel roller bracket assembly attaches to 2" wide trailer tongue frame. It features a 4" rubber spool roller.
- Our galvanized steel bracket are 4-5mm thick better than 2-3mm thick of some ordinary ones.They are more thicker ,stronger and sturdy.Our galvanized steel bracket are hot-dipped in zinc,not cold galvanizing in zinc. This creates a coating that is typically 3 mil to 5 mil thick. This thick, all-around coating allows galvanized steel products to provide years of use without rusting or corroding.
- Cold galvanizing zinc layer is more thinner,so its durability and reliability are insufficient compared by hot dipped. So it is so easy to judge product made by hot-dipped or cold galvanizing in zinc.Normally products have bright and smooth in surface appearance, they are made by cold galvanizing.Products have rough and dull surface, no shine, they are made by hot-dipped in zinc.
- Multiple holes in the brackets make it easy to adapt to the different heights of trailer frames and also ensure that the roller will be mounted at the proper position.
