It accommodates up to .185 vinyl spline and uses miter cut corners. Available in bronze paint, 94 inches long, with a spline channel measuring .165 inches wide. Compatible with .185 serrated vinyl spline for fiberglass or aluminum screen mesh. Recommended miter cut corners are 3/4 inch x 3/8 inch stamped aluminum, with square cut corners also available. Ideal for making screens for sliding aluminum windows and storm window replacements. Easily cut to size with a hacksaw, always wear safety glasses when cutting.
