Our Jerky Hanger can help you transform your current jerky-making process. This convenient drying rack includes nine 12” skewers and it is capable of holding over 100 7" long strips of jerky. To help avoid a mess and to catch meat drippings, the rack sits inside an 18” by 13” inch aluminum pan. Getting your strips of meat ready to become jerky is easy. All you need to do is put the strips of meat on the skewers, situate the rack in the pan, and then place everything in your oven or smoker. Once you’re done, storing your jerky hanger rack is easy. The rack folds flat for easy storage inside the aluminum pan. Our jerky hanger rack also comes with a pack of Backwoods Original Jerky Seasoning, enough to make five pounds of deliciously seasoned jerky. When not making jerky, you can also utilize the skewers and racks to create Kabobs all year round.
