High viscosity and good flowability, excellent thermal stability, and can effectively prevent carbonization, meeting various daily bonding needs.
- 2.【Recommended operating conditions】: This product acts as the medium temperature adhesive , the operating temperature does not need to be set too high. Roller temperature: 180℃-210℃; Feeding speed: ≥ 20m/min; Rubber tank temperature: 170℃-190℃; Base material moisture content: 8-10%; Pressure value: 3-5 kg/cm²; Substrate temperature: ≥ 15℃.
- 3.【Important parameters】: Viscosity: 40000-48000mpa. S; Viscosity value: 30000mpa. s at 180℃; Density: 1.35g/cm; Softening point: 83℃± 5℃; Usage temperature: Glue tank temperature 140-150C; Rubber roller temperature 150-180℃. Please do not adjust the temperature above 180 ℃.
- 4.【Attention】: The opening and curing time may vary with the adhesive temperature, ambient temperature, coating amount, bonding time, and bonding pressure. Due to the low softening point of medium temperature adhesive, clumping and adhesion may occur after prolonged storage or stacking, which is a normal phenomenon. After being knocked apart, it can be used normally.
