With the EC-1000T, musicians get a traditional full-thickness body that is chambered for weight relief, making long live shows less of a strain on your back. It offers set-thru construction for easy access to the higher frets, but one aspect of the EC-1000T is anything but old-school: the EC-1000T is the first production guitar to offer a set of new Fishman Fluence open core classic humbucker pickups with three voices. On the neck pickup, voice 1 offers the coveted vintage P. A. F. Tone, voice 2 is an airy chime, and voice 3 is a vintage single-coil. For the Bridge pickup, voice 1 is the P. A. F. , voice 2 is the classic hot-rodded humbucker, and voice 3 is an overwound single coil. The resulting sonic versatility of this guitar is astounding. The EC-1000T also features a mahogany body with a flamed maple top, and an excellent Honey Burst satin finish.
