Remove the old covers and gaskets. Clean the cylinder head sealing surface. 3. Align the new gaskets with the locating pins. Place them between the cylinder head and new valve covers. 4. Tighten new bolts in a cross-pattern sequence to specified torque; 5. Reinstall ignition coils, harness, and cover. Reconnect battery negative terminal and start engine to check for oil leaks.
