EXATON stainless steel wires, suitable for welding with 100% CO2 (X=1) or Argon / CO2 (X=4) gas blends, offer a spray-like arc transfer, easy slag removal, and a wide welding parameter range. EXATON ER2594 wires can weld super duplex stainless steels and transition from low alloy to duplex stainless steels. Their balanced composition results in a weld deposit microstructure of approximately 45% ferrite and 55% austenite.
